What services does AT Moving offer?
AT Moving offers Local Moving, Packing, Labor Only (including loading and unloading), and Furniture Delivery for approved work in Bothell, Greater Seattle, and surrounding areas.
What are the hourly rates?
Choose Fuso 16 ft or Isuzu 26 ft and two, three or four movers in our main calculator for current hourly rates. Labor-only and standalone packing prices require a separate written confirmation. Existing bookings retain their agreed terms.
What are the minimums?
Truck jobs have a one-hour TOTAL minimum including actual travel. No extra hour is added. Labor-only and standalone packing minimums require a separate written confirmation.
How is travel time handled?
Travel is part of total move time. Route forecasts are approximate; actual time is recorded without rounding to 5 or 15 minutes. No fixed travel, truck, dispatch or fuel fee is added. Breaks and delays caused by us are excluded.
What equipment and materials are included?
Stretch wrap, tape and transport protection blankets are included with direct moving. Boxes are agreed separately. Heavy or special items need scope review.
Is a deposit required and when is payment due?
No deposit is currently required. Payment is due after completion.
Does submitting the form book my move?
No. The form sends a move request for review. A booking is confirmed only through the final written process provided by AT Moving LLC.
Do you move heavy items or pianos?
Items over 250 pounds require manager review, items over 400 pounds are generally not accepted, and safes require review. AT Moving does not move pianos or grand pianos.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled start has no charge. Cancellation 24–48 hours before the scheduled start includes one complimentary reschedule. No short-notice fee is stated or charged until an approved policy and lawful payment mechanism exist.
