Information we collect

We collect the contact and move details you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, contact preference, move date, cities or ZIP codes, service request, and notes. We may also collect limited technical and attribution information such as landing page, campaign parameters, referring host, browser security signals, and submission identifiers.

Text messages

If you actively choose Text message and check the separate consent box, AT Moving LLC may send conversational SMS/MMS about your estimate, booking, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not use this consent for marketing blasts.

Advertising measurement and your choices

When you arrive through an OpenAI ad and submit a request from that page, we may send OpenAI a lead-created event after our dispatcher accepts the request. We send a technical event identifier, acceptance time, website address and the original ad-click reference to measure advertising results. We do not send your name, phone, email, their hashes, IP address, moving addresses or request text. We do not use the browser advertising Pixel or automatic customer-data matching.

The ad-click reference stays in page memory until submission; we do not save it in a browser advertising cookie or local storage. We use browser storage for your privacy choice, limited withdrawal identifiers, and the temporary form draft described below. We honor Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track and previously saved advertising refusals. Our event setting excludes future user-level personalization. This is separate from permission to contact you about your request.

You can stop advertising measurement in this browser below. This also requests withdrawal of any associated events still waiting to be sent. Events already sent cannot be recalled through this control. You can also contact [email protected] about your privacy choices. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy for its processing.

Do not share advertising measurement

Unsent measurement events expire after seven days. We keep minimal event identifiers to prevent duplicates and withdrawal records to stop delayed sending. Service requests continue to be processed when measurement is refused or unavailable.

Temporary form draft

To help you recover an unfinished request, we keep a temporary draft in this tab’s session storage. It expires after 24 hours or when the tab closes, and is cleared after a successful submission or when you discard it. A draft is not a submitted request and is not sent to AT Moving until you submit the form.

Retention and choices

We retain information for legitimate operational, recordkeeping, dispute, security, and legal needs. You may ask about or request correction of information associated with your request by contacting us.
