The service minimum is three hours. Travel is $0; materials, if needed, are separate.
Minimums
Truck jobs: one hour TOTAL including actual travel. No additional hour is added.
Labor-only jobs: three service hours; $300 starting minimum for two movers, with $0 travel.
Standalone packing: rate and minimum require confirmation.
Travel time
Travel is part of total move time. Route forecasts are approximate; actual time is recorded without rounding to 5 or 15 minutes. No fixed travel, truck, dispatch or fuel fee is added. Breaks and delays caused by us are excluded.
Included with direct moving
Stretch wrap, tape and transport protection blankets are included. Boxes are agreed separately. Heavy or special items need scope review.
Other policies
No deposit is currently required.
Payment is due after completion.

Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled start has no charge.
Cancellation 24–48 hours before the scheduled start includes one complimentary reschedule.
No short-notice fee is stated or charged until an approved policy and lawful payment mechanism exist.
Estimates and existing bookings
Estimates are free, including a free on-site estimate for a large move. Final charges follow actual time and the approved scope. A previously booked job keeps the final written terms confirmed in that customer's conversation.
